We’ve never been big believers in mission statements. They’re usually conceived too quickly, often to tick a box on a business plan. But as Emporium Media shifts from 2016 to 2017, it might actually be useful to define exactly what we’re trying to achieve here.

From the start, we envisaged Emporium Media as Perth’s go-to agency for content. Whether it’s digital marketing, print publishing, content creation or social, we want to lead the pack for offering the best solutions to your communication problems.

However, as we came together from various agencies, it became apparent that customer service was destined to be our point of difference. We all had tales of watching aghast as our former agencies lost contracts purely because they stopped giving the clients the attention they were paying for.

That’s when the idea of being an emporium occurred. It conjured up images of Harrods, Harvey Nichols and Selfridges in the 1920s. Places where you could get everything you need but – most importantly – places that prided themselves on exemplary service.

So, Emporium Media: The Content Store was born.

Our mission is to push past all the stock agency platitudes of being willing to go the extra mile, and genuinely provide cutting-edge content with a level of understanding and shared passion that brings your company better results every time.

And that starts with the fact that we fix our prices. Emporium Media will never charge you for an extra round of revisions or a series of extra face-to-face meetings.

After all, we’re not satisfied until you’re overjoyed. That’s the cornerstone of what we believe.
