You are the wind beneath our wings. You’re the Bonnie to our Clyde. You’re the ‘she’ to our ‘nanigans’ – and we love you.

Seriously, when we started Emporium Media the aim was simple: to offer the best customer service of any media agency in Perth. We knew we weren’t the only company in West Australia able to offer you printed magazines, web content, social marketing and video production. But we knew that we would be the ones to treasure you the most. To make you feel special every day.

And, yes, although we don’t like to boast, now that we’ve been together a while I think it’s fair to confess that we think we also deliver more satisfaction than your last partner ever did.

But – and this is the important bit – supplying great content has been easy. You guys have made it a dream. No loose briefs, clear goals and a sense of excitement whenever we rock up. You’ve made us feel truly wanted. I trust you feel we reciprocated. We definitely did our best to win you over.

Relationships are tough. Everybody knows it, but everybody knows the secret to success too: communication.

It’s been written in a gazillion self-help books. And who doesn’t love curling up with a cup of tea and a self-help book? So we have always believed in the importance of communication at Emporium Media.

Ok, sometimes it’s messy. Sometimes we have to point out that your brilliant idea is, perhaps, possibly, potentially… less than workable. But those ideas are nearly always the start of something bigger and better. A refinement here, a brainstorm there and we’ll always find a solution that meets your goals and exceeds your expectations.

After all, that’s what we do. It’s as cheesy to say it but Emporium Media is all about service with a smile. A real smile. None of your insincere, smiling-for-tips American smiling. We adore talking to you guys. We get fired up working out how to turn your concepts into a reality. We still get butterflies when you call.
